Closed management refers to the school management concept and methods according to which school administration department makes definite binding rules governing time and space of life and amusement activities of students, and the concept and methods are mostly put into application by the strength of teachers, thus personal safety and property security of students can be secured. Secondary vocational school education is an essential part in our socialist education system, it is an important base for cultivating socialist modernization builders and successors, it is the basis of national economy and the development of our society, so it plays a role of vital importance in our society. Whether secondary vocational school students can grow up healthily influences the development of students in the future directly, and this question has great influence on o ur socialist modernization. As is known to all, school management has considerable influence on the healthy growth of students. With the increasingly development and perfection of our socialist market economy, our government pays more and more attention to secondary vocational education, preferential policies are adopted and more and more funds are allocated, thus econdary vocational education enters a period of fast development. In 2010, the number of enrollment scale for secondary vocational schools will reach 8,000,000. Nowadays, most secondary vocational students are enrolled into vocational schools directly from junior schools without any examinations, so they lack the competitions and training in senior high school. As a result, some of them lack the concept of self-management and cultural awareness. What is more, most of the secondary vocational students nowadays were born in the 1990s, they are spoiled at home, so their psychological endurance ability and lear ning enthusiasm are both poor, as a result, they lack self-care ability. Most secondary vocational schools are located in medium-sized cities not lower than the municipal level, at least the county level. For most of the secondary vocational students, they live away from their family, far away from home, far away from the shield of their parents. Some of them may lack reason and self-control ability, when they are faced with temptation outside the school, they tend to be affected and get hurt. The traditional concept of education in China is"A man of great learning shall be an official ,a man of great learning should be a saint".Most parents still hold this view, they hold high hopes for their child, and they hope their children can study in school of high education quality and safety, so closed management is we ll accepted by most parents and the society. In recent years, with the development of the society, safety of students is becoming a focal point of public attention, and many school bear great pressure on teaching and management. Most secondary vocational school teachers and managers believe that closed management is very effective, they only pay attention to the fact that the safety of students should be guaranteed when they are at school, but few of them consider the question: The closed-end management of the physical and mental health of students but no time to attend. This thesis adopts the methods of empirical study, that is , we observe and study two schools closed managed (Heze Medical School and Heze Information Engineering School) and a school not closed managed(Financial school of Ji'ning).Firstly, we sample students in the three schools mentioned according to stratified cluster sampling principle, and we get 200 samples in Heze Medical School, 200 samples in Heze Information Engineering School, and 200 samples in Financial school of Ji'ning. Secondly, we carry out questionnaires on the sampled students with self-rating scale (SCL-90), life event scale(LES), sixteen personality factor questionnaire(16PF), social support rating scale(SSRS), and Coping style scale(CSS). We received 580 effective questionnaires, and the percentage of effectiveness is 93.32 percent. After we analyzed the data, we get the conclusion that disadvantages of closed management outweigh the advantages, Closed under the management of secondary vocational school students in learning, life, grow, people such as interpersonal communication Stress experienced significant emotional responses, behavioral excesses easily, Easy to produce distress, depression, anxiety and other negative emotions, the mental pressure may be greater than the under management in non-closed college students, they are more easily assessed on a negative attitude toward others. Secondary vocational school students may suffer deformed development in mental quality, sociability, practical ability, and innovative ability in a closed state.
