At present, secondary vocational school facing the survival and development of a severetest and challenge, the quantity and quality of students has become the biggest bottleneckrestricting the development of the school. The secondary vocational school studentmanagement concept and mode of the original has been difficult to adapt to the characteristicsof students, the school is under enormous pressure on teaching and management.The purpose of education is not to management, management is in order to bettereducation. Closed management of secondary vocational schools as a school managementsystem, have their historical rationality and necessity. In a sense, closed-end management ofthe "management" means control, is not conducive to the development of students. However,in the face of the peripheral environment for the growth of the social transition period ofstudents is unsatisfactory and people’s concept of value to be subversive, closed-endmanagement effectively block the bad factors of social impact, and is regarded as a positiveresponse to the educational measures.According to random sampling principle, through questionnaires and interviews,students, student management workers and students and parents on the Business School ofShaanxi Province, analyzes the problems and causes of the school closed type management,discusses the vocational schools closed management value orientation and value evaluation,and puts forward some countermeasures to optimize the closed management model, toimprovement and exploration method of student management, student management, enhanceactual effect, suitable for the development of character, vocational school students withvocational education characteristics and local characteristics of the student management modehas made useful exploration.Moderate force can overcome people loose, ease of nature.
