Case teaching method plays an irreplaceable practical value in subject teaching.By simulating the real case scenario,we can create a real and relaxed practical situation for teachers and students,analyze and discuss the objective facts and problems provided by the case,make judgments and decisions,which can not only cultivate students ability to think independently and study independently,but also improve students’ ability to analyze and deal with problems.On the basis of the connotation of case teaching method and the general steps of its design,this paper explores the feasibility of the implementation of case teaching method in the course of "Management Basis" in secondary vocational schools,and analyses the implementation and evaluation process of case teaching method in the course of "Management Basis" from a general point of view.Taking Lang xi Secondary Professional School as an example,this paper designs the teaching plan of "leadership" in "Fundamentals of Management".Through the comprehensive analysis of questionnaires and from a practical point of view,it analyses the positive promoting role of case teaching method in improving students knowledge construction ability and overall teaching effect.However,there are also limitations in case teaching,which can not completely replace the theoretical teaching in classroom teaching.Moreover,for the introduction and development of cases,teachers and students have relatively high requirements of literacy.Therefore,teachers must make clear the proportion of theoretical teaching and case teaching in teaching,pay attention to improving teachers professional quality,and constantly accumulate case teaching methods in the teaching of "Basic Management" course experience.
