In recent years,the topic of self-management has gradually become the focus of attention of all walks of life.Self-management,as a complex mental activity and behavioral process,influences human cognition,choice of behavior,and rational planning of self.As a special youth group,the secondary vocational students are in a phase of coexisting with the lack of external pressure and lack of self-management.At this stage,the secondary vocational students always have various psychological or behavioral problems due to lack of selfmanagement consciousness.Therefore,how to use the advantages of the secondary vocational students to help them promote self-identity,improve self-management ability,and effectively promote the sustainable development of the group of secondary vocational students has become the intervention point of social work.This article takes the middle-aged students as the research object,and focuses on improving the self-management skills of secondary vocational students,and studies the effectiveness of social work methods in the classroom.According to the quasi-experimental design model,the needs assessment,process assessment,and outcome assessment were performed on the clients in the study.Taking the self-managed social work class for secondary vocational students as an example,based on the self-management theory,using the methods of the social worker's classroom to develop the self-cognition ability,enhance self-learning ability,strengthen self-motivation ability,and improve self-planning ability are the four main lines.Thirteen social work classes were implemented.After the end of the service,a questionnaire was used to evaluate,analyze and summarize the service effect and social worker's classroom satisfaction.This paper is based on social work practice to study the self-management of secondary vocational students,mainly concerned about whether the social work classroom can intervene in the self-management of secondary vocational students,how to intervene and the effect of the intervention.Based on the theory of self-management,the social worker classroom practice method was used to help the secondary vocational students improve their self-management skills.After two semesters of practical intervention,it was found that the self-management of the vocational students in the social work class was effective.The specific performance is as follows: First,professional social work intervention and selfmanagement of social workers involved in social work classes can meet their needs for improving self-management skills,and can effectively improve self-cognition ability,learning ability and self-motivation ability of secondary vocational students;Selfmanagement theory provides effective theoretical guidance for the self-management of social work classroom services.Third,the analysis of social work classrooms based on quasi-experimental research design can more accurately test the effectiveness of the service.Fourth,it is dedicated to helping self-help.Can effectively promote the excavation and cultivation of self-management skills of secondary vocational students,and to a certain extent get rid of the traditional model of school and teacher management students;Fifth,self-management social work class can provide reference for social work intervention in the group of secondary vocational students.The model provides practical experience for the localization of social work.
