Chinese vocational and technical education has received high attention in recent years.Also,the construction and development of vocation education have reached new heights since General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward important instructions at the National Conference on Vocational Education.At the National Conference on Education in 2019,Baosheng Chen,the minister of the Ministry of Education,even emphasized aiming at deepening the reform by providing quality services,continuing deepening vocational education,promoting the integration between industry and teaching,and energetically facilitating cooperation between universities and enterprises to facilitate the shift of the vocational education model from normal educational model to typed-education model.It is also necessary to control the teaching order of vocational education and cultivate outstanding talents who adapt to and guide future development.As an essential part of education,the talent cultivation of vocational education should follow the running goals of “developing services and promoting employment”to cultivate qualified labor-oriented and skill-oriented talents for China' s economic construction.Thanks to continuous reforms,great achievements have been made in the financial teaching models of secondary vocational schools.On the other hand,the quality of vocational education talents majored in finance fails to meet contemporary social demands as society advances.Starting with the teaching model of financial secondary vocational schools,the paper studied the changes in the demands for talents when China shifted from a closed society to an open society.The mainline and basic framework of the paper explored the teaching model for financial secondary vocational schools that meet social demandsaccording to the supply and demand of high-skilled financial talents.The paper mainly studied from three aspects.Firstly,arranged and analyzed the theoretical basis for the teaching model of financial secondary vocational schools: This part analyzed from the perspective of transition from the closed society to an open society.Combined with the theories of vocational education and human capital,it pointed out vocational financial education should keep adapting to the changes in social demands and pay attention to students' abilities.Secondly,the paper adopted a questionnaire survey on the financial secondary vocational schools and work units in Jilin Province.It aimed at finding the status quo of teaching models adopted by financial secondary vocational schools and the demands of work units for graduates' abilities.Also,it analyzed the imbalances between both.Thirdly,the paper put forward advice for optimizing the teaching model of financial secondary vocational schools based on analyzed problems from three aspects,including teaching goal,curricular system,and teaching staff & methodology.Eventually,it designed solutions for implementing the reform.
