Hezhezu is one of the least populated of the national population of China, only 4640 people in northern China more representative of the population of fewer people, belonging to the remote provinces of the cross-nation and national "Eleventh Five-Year" period of major support from the small populations of national pilot.For a long time, Hezhezu fishing and hunting mode of production-based, living in Heilongjiang, a fishing boat along the river, little contact with the outside world. Early 80s, the state proposed to guide the people on shore to settle Hezhezu implementation of converting. After decades of efforts, Hezhezu gradually adapted to this new way of life, and its social structure, mode of production, ideology, etc. have undergone tremendous changes. Right Hezhenzu decades of social development and changes of the study, for the promotion of national unity, maintaining stability in border areas to develop the northern border areas of the development direction of research in northern small population's social structure and development of the national direction of orientation is of great significance.In this paper, based on thorough investigation and study on the Hezhenzu neighborhood natural, to calendar, Shi Li circumstances, their respective county (city) rural economic and social development situation, and the Hezhezu neighborhood social structure and ideology were analyzed. Put forward local economic structure is irrational, inadequate infrastructure, personnel training lags behind the contingent of cadres, traditional cultural preservation difficult, and several other issues.
