The higher vocational education is the new educational type in 1990s in China. Liaoning Vocational College have been upgraded from a high school and the students' management pattern still remains the old one which does not adapt the present situation of the students,the development presents situation of the college and the present situation of cultivating talents. It affected the cultivation of talents which should be improved. By the way of theory exploration and case study, the paper follows the order of pointing out problems, analyzing the problems and solving the problems. First, the paper is about the researching background which points out immediacy of the students'management reform. Next, it is about the researching task and the difficulties and challenges which will confront with during the process of the research. On the base of it, the paper analysis the students'present situation and students' management situation by comparisons of the theories and questionnaires and find out the existing problem. The paper puts forward to five- interweave- line management pattern after comparison of the present situation and pattern of students'management in the higher vocational college in and out. The paper points out the necessarily, the principle and condition which the reform should follow. The five- interweave- line is an all-round management pattern which requires the support of the teaching, administrative, logistic, party affairs departments. Therefore, the paper points out the guarantee measures of the organization, team and means. The paper will be the useful references to the construction of the pattern of students'management in vocational colleges.
