Research On Graduates' Employment Problem Of Liaoning Vocational College

With the coming of popular higher education, the employment situation of college graduates becomes more and more serious. As the high-skilled talents, the vocational college graduates face more pressure than postgraduates and graduates. Based on this, the employment problem of graduates from the vocational college will be more outstanding. It attracts various attentions from the government, the school, the family and the graduates whether the vocational college graduates can get a job smoothly. Studying their employment problem is advantageous to help to construct the socialism harmonious society, and to realize the higher education modernization, and to promote the consistent development of higher vocational education.This article focused on employment problem of Liaoning professional college. The analysis and discussion of that issue was divided into five parts in all. In the preface, it was mainly the discussion about the research background, the significance of research on this problem, and the research thought and methods. The second part was the elaboration of relevant concepts. After the exposition of basis concept, this paper expounded the philosophy of higher education, and introduced several kinds of typical higher vocational talents training mode at home and board. Based on the above study on theory, the third part analyzed the employment situation of vocational college graduates in Liaoning, the existing problems and the causes of those problems following the logical mentality such as proposing the problem and analyzing the problem. Subsequently, the fourth part probed and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the employment problem that the Liaoning vocational college has been facing. The fifth part was the policy measures to ensure the effect of the implementation of countermeasures can be achieved.
