With the rise of the knowledge era,the continuous progress of social transformation,our daily life is undergoing a fundamental shift.In order to adapt to this change,system of education,especially higher education is particularly critical.In recent years,the national ministry of education launched a series of policies to promote the development of higher vocational education.In February this year,the ministry of education issued a "national vocational education reform plan";Again in May,the ministry of education held a conference,this paper introduces the implementation scheme of higher vocational enrollment expansion project work main content and situation.Therefore,higher vocational education has become a part of China's higher education is extremely important,in the process of diversification of higher education development is more and more important.This paper discusses and analyzes the teaching management of higher vocational colleges from the perspective of management.The present situation of teaching management in higher vocational colleges in liaoning province is described by literature research.According to the concept of results-oriented education,the problems of teaching management in higher vocational colleges are searched through questionnaire survey and interview.From the content of teaching subject,teaching management and teaching management as the breakthrough point to carry out the research result,put forward the teaching management main body of a single,lack of top-level design scientific,weak management connotation construction,backward management methods and management problems such as poor results,in-depth analysis of the causes of the problem,and accordingly put forward the results oriented education concept of countermeasures.It includes setting up the results-oriented teaching managementconcept,establishing a new teaching management system,perfecting the teaching management guarantee mechanism and innovating the teaching management evaluation system.It is believed that these measures can help the healthy development of teaching management in higher vocational colleges and ensure that higher vocational colleges can train application-oriented technical talents in line with the characteristics of the school,the industry and The Times.
