The Education of International Students is an essential part of our nation's education layout. Especially coming into the 21st century, China has become one of the best destinations for studying aboard. However, there are still considerable gaps between the international education in our country and developed countries like United States, British, Australia and Canada. Other than improving the level of and quality of in class teaching, evaluating and improving international students'satisfaction for human settlement environment is also crucial for enhancing the education of international students.By visiting international students, consult with experts and sort out previous research, this article find out the relationship among satisfaction, perceived fairness and human settlement environment of international students, and found an index system for evaluating the satisfaction of human settlement of international students. Implement the empirical research according to the index system, and quantitative analysis on the data collected. The research forms an overall perception model of international students from the aspect of perceived quality, in order to explore and determine the main components of satisfaction for human settlement environment of international students.Through the case study and analysis of its results, we found that: the 28 indexes for evaluating the human settlement satisfaction for international students can well reflect the true feelings of international students. The research result shows that other than students in suburb, the satisfaction rate in urban area is over 50% with the highest of 75% (Area A) if we evaluate by areas; and other than students from south and west Asia, the satisfaction rate of other students are over 50% with the highest of 84% (Korean and Japanese) if we evaluate by student source. The satisfaction rate of students who live off campus is 30% higher than those who live on campus. The overall evaluation from the students is positive. The main problems are: 1. Worries for food safety; 2. Inconvenience of transportation for students who live in suburb; 3. The sense of belonging is low for students coming from other than Korea and Japan.The satisfaction of human settlement of an international student will influence ones choice of school. The higher satisfaction for an area, the more international students there are. In the aspect of perceived quality, indexes of convenience and comfort have greater influence on satisfaction. The destination of international students is related to the sense of belonging of human settlement. Therefore, universities shall enhance the construction and management of international student dormitory, and improve the human settlement environment for international students.It is necessary to conduct research on international students'satisfaction with human settlement environment, in order to make the government and schools to realize the great impact of students'satisfaction have, and deploy future international student related work more targeted. This study of international students'human settlement environment satisfaction has significance on both theory and practical aspects.
