A Research On College Infrastructure Corruption

In recent years, as China's continued focus on higher education, college enrollments are growing, thus causing a rapid development in the field of university infrastructure. The Government has increased funding for university infrastructure, and universities are also working hard on the investment of financial aid, so a large number of classrooms, teachers and student's dorms, learning and administrative office building have been built newly built. Moreover, many colleges and universities even launched large-scale projects such as "new campus", "Vocational Education Park "," University City "and other. From its effects point of view, the development of infrastructure effectively support the activities of the school office to carry out the teaching, whereas with a number of negative effects can not be ignored; the most serious one among them is the corruption of college infrastructure. In recent years, corruptions of college infrastructure frequently appear in universities in Guangdong, Beijing, Nanjing, Dalian, and Shangxi, which not only seriously affected the working order of colleges, but also causing adverse social effects which corrupted the public morals. To end this, this essay discusses the problem of colleges infrastructure corruption deeply, analysis it's form and causes, and tried to explore effective management measures that can effectively guide the work of our colleges to carry out anti-corruption infrastructure, to promote the healthy development of university education.In this paper, take the college infrastructure corruption as a research object, and analysis the characteristics of acts of corruption, its causes, and governance of corruption measures in-depth. The article is divided into three parts, the first part in to put out questions, briefly discourses the infrastructure work in colleges, features and performances of university infrastructure corruption, and the social impact of it, so to solve the problem of corruption is necessary and urgency; the second part analyze the reasons of college infrastructure corruption from the economic interests, ideological understanding, as well as the supervision and management deficiencies in the system. The third section presents problem-solving measures, focusing on problems in previously explored areas of governance infrastructure, corruption in colleges and universities of specific countermeasures.
