China's Colleges And Universities Infrastructure Acts Of Corruption In The Field Of Analysis And Countermeasures

In the recent years, infrastructure constructions in the institutions of higher learning have been experiencing a super development as a result of the rapidly enlraged enrollment. A great variety of corruptions occurred correspondingly in this field. This essay, guided by Deng Xiaoping's Theory, and in accordance with the vital measures taken by the CPC against corruptions, gave a comparatively systematic analysis on the different types of corruptions and their harms from three different aspects: government supervising authorities, construction companies and the universities. This essay also further probed the causes of different rent seeking activities, and proposed to deeply reform the present supervising and restraint system employed in the university infrastructure constructions management. The author also hope this essay can be of some help to the anti-corruptions work in the area of infrastructure constructions in the institutions of higher learning.
