Originally emerged in America in 1908, MBA education has passed more than a hundred years and it developed from historical experience to a modern, mature education. Europe and America have already established a perfect science education system.Our MBA education is formed after a socialist market economy has been established. With our rapid growth, after 20 years of development, although it has scored some successes, compared with foreign MBA education system, both in the entrance requirements, training objectives and curricula and teaching methods and the quality evaluation model, there is a certain gap. This thesis clarified the contrast of MBA education of our country with the US, Britain and the Czech Republic for the successful experience, and found out the existing gaps and deficiencies, and gave opinions and suggestions by a higher reference value in creating a mature MBA education system with Chinese characteristics. In addition, MBA education is our first professional degree education, and among 16 different professional degrees of education, problems that MBA education facing are also representative, and the research of it, is pioneering and demonstrative to other professional degrees of education as well. This paper made a research in China's project of MBA education through the comparison with foreign experience, and it provided good examples to other professional degrees and the training of high-level professionals.With a comprehensive use of various analytical methods, and based on MBA and MBA education theory, this writer combined with the existing MBA education model and used advanced experience of international education for reference, carried out research and contrast to provide countermeasures and suggestions, for improving and innovation MBA education. This article first introduced the related theories of MBA education; it also illustrated the foreign MBA education development process, the mode of the United States, Britain and the Czech Republic, and our development process and the present status; then it compared differences between Chinese MBA education with foreign countries; at last, through the elaboration and analysis to MBA education, we came to conclude with strategies and recommendations for improving and innovating MBA education.Through a thorough systematic analysis on comparability and with the aid of questionnaire survey ,the innovation of the present paper lies in, using three different types of MBA education in the US, Britain and The Czech Republic as a model, to find problems of MBA education in China, and to enable an overall referential mode in China.
