Majors of business administration is an applied discipline closely related to both social andeconomic development. In recent years, the conflicts between the demand for businessadministration professionals and the supply for it are becoming more obvious. The great demand ofmarket co-exists with employment difficulties of business administration professionals, which fullyproves that the business administration students cultivated by college can hardly fit in with theneeds of society. Moreover, the higher education in our country has shifted from elitism topopularization and the number of qualified personals cultivated by college is decreasing since theenrollment expansion of colleges in1998. Against such a background, the cultivation of businessadministration talents in undergraduate colleges must be adjusted and innovated according to thedemands of market and society, improving their qualities for better performance in work. Since thetalent-training modes are the core of talent training, the research into and innovation on the trainingmode of administration talents in undergraduate colleges is not only theoretically meaningful, butalso practically important.Based on the theories of educational interior rule and exterior rule, theory of human capital aswell as relevant theories on improving quality of talents, questionnaire survey is carried out amongsenior students majoring administration business and enterprises to get a clear picture of the currentsituation of undergraduate students majoring administration business and the demands ofenterprises. Through the contrastive analysis of the talent-training modes of administration businessat home and abroad, the problems existing in the training modes as well as the reasons lead to themare found out. In line with the needs of the enterprises for the administration talents and the currentsituation of the training modes, the paper puts forward the following suggestions: establishingdistinguished training objectives; improving the curriculum system; adopting flexible teachingmethods, teaching practice and excellent teachers; creating an innovation and practice orientedtraining mode of administration business in undergraduate colleges. Also, the correspondingimplementation methods are proposed.
