Study On The Cooperation Between Business Administration And Enterprises In Jia Vocational And Technical College

With the improvement of modern higher vocational college system,the State encourages the cultivation of "craftsman talents" in vocational schools,which requires the improvement of the quality of higher vocational colleges.As a branch with an important role in the modern education system,the teaching purpose of higher vocational colleges is to cultivate a large number of skilled talents required by society.due to the lack of operation conditions and teaching ability of higher vocational colleges,the quality of vocational training has not been effectively guaranteed.Many graduates of higher vocational colleges have entered the enterprise,and they are not well used by the enterprise.The cooperation between enterprises and higher vocational colleges has been widely used as an effective means to educate higher vocational students.Therefore,for higher vocational colleges,how to effectively carry out the school enterprise cooperation and make the talents cultivated under the school-enterprise cooperation model meet the market demand,which is also some problems that vocational colleges should solve immediatelyThis paper discusses the cooperation mode between schools and enterprises,and adopts various research methods,such as literature research,questionnaire survey,case study,etc.to analyze the Jia vocational and Technical College as the object,and tries to explore the cooperation mode of both sides from the perspective of the theoretical and practical level of schools and enterprises,so as to provide constructive suggestions for higher vocational education institutions,so as to better cultivate cooperation This is also the purpose of this paper.By taking 200 companies as the survey object,a questionnaire survey is conducted to explore whether there are certain positions in the company to recruit business management majors,and summarize the characteristics of the recruited students.Explore the needs of different companies regarding talents,whether the company has certain willingness and conditions to cooperate with the school,and combine the current JIA Vocational Technical College and the business practice professional case of the enterprise.the advantages and disadvantages of cooperationbetween Jia vocational and technical college and enterprises are analyzed,and problems are found out in cooperation and corresponding measures are put forward.Combined with the actual situation of the region,The school-enterprise cooperation model suitable for the professional development characteristics of business management in the JIA Vocational and Technical College should include the participation of enterprises.Through the research of this subject,we can draw a conclusion that the school enterprise cooperation mode of vocational schools has practical significance for local economic and social development.On the one hand,it can help the higher vocational schools deepen the educational reform and enhance the educational attraction of the higher vocational schools.On the other hand,it can help the enterprises rebuild the quality of the first-class talents and improve the overall competitiveness of the enterprises.
