Study On Constructing And Applying Standard System In Higher Vocational School

With the rapid development of science and technology, keen competition among nations and severe globalization in 21th century, higher vocational education, which is an integral part of education career, plays an important role in today's world. Educational quality is the lifeline of a school. In other words, promoting management level and raising profit are the keys to survive and develop. Therefore, it is very valuable to study constructing and applying standard system in higher vocational school.From the angle of the complete improvement of higher vocational school, the thesis uses the quality management system to combine the process and structure together, dynamically apply the process of subjective activities and comprehensively construct a standard system which is wider than the general quality management system. Meanwhile, the thesis improves the standardized theory of higher vocational school and builds up a more standardized, dynamicalized and all-round framework of the conprehensive standard system.The thesis consists of seven parts:part one makes a brief introduction of background information, the thesis framework, research method and the innovation of the study; part two illustrates the concept of internal quality system theory, open-door quality system theory, flow process quality system theory and higher vocational standard system, which are all accociated with higher vocational school standard system; part three analyzes the operation situation and problem-soloving of higher vocational school standard system; part four illustrates the structure of higher vocational school standard system in our country, including the constructing path, method and framework; part six is the actual state of Henan Information and Statistics Institute; part seven makes a conclusion.Generally speaking, it is wise for higher voctaional school to realize scientized, standardized and systematized management through the way of standard system. And in order to make the system more proper and effective, higher vocational schools should proceed from actual situation in the special field of vocational education. To this point, the thesis can offer some useful proposals and references.
