Curriculum standards as a curriculum document reflects the requirements of itself. Curriculum standards is not only a prerequisite for the proper functioning of curriculum resources,but also a platform for curriculum reform.With highlighting the growing importance of curriculum standards,the current curriculum standards-building mechanisms in our country is incomplete under the non-uniform content curriculum standards.Curriculum standards for the construction of protection mechanisms are inadequate,thus making the sharp contrast between the importance of curriculum standards in theory and the inadequate in practice, whereby the standard for vocational education courses research is particularly needed.With thinking on these issues, this study start around the following points:First,through the detailed data analysis of historical evolution of curriculum standards,curriculum standards in China's emergence is only just 150 years,but it has experienced from generation to development,and then to return to enhance in the three stages.Its title, content developed and changed.It is beneficial for understanding of make clear of the curriculum standards.Based on the analysis in the literature,the construction of curriculum standards is highlighting the importance of curriculum,promoting the transition to the curriculum standards, improving the situation that vocational education in China of various categories, lack of communication between departments, eatablishing the status of the education system.Secondly, the study points on the establishment of mechanism, the complexity of vocational education makes the standard system of vocational education programs complexity, it eventually led to some inevitable problems, such as coordination of various departments, all departments mutual recognition of certification standards, the interests of balance.The curriculum standards system in China is from the vertical and horizontal linkages and integration, to establish a set of vertical to the school from the central to local curriculum standards in text form the vertical and in the form of publications distribution;In horizontal, government departments, trades, businesses, schools, tripartite cooperationin, cooperate with each other with their respective duties, to make a satisfaction of vocational education programs correlatiing with the market, reducing education wastage of resources, improve the recognition vocational education's quality. The above is a final rendering of the ideal state, but in the actual development and implementation of the process, we will find that this process is not a one-way linear process, but a divergence aggregation and shaped into a cycle of ever-changing one kinds of mobility processes.Finally, the study turned to the contents of the curriculum standards framework for the establishment of the system. Due to the different curriculum ideas determines the different content,the study decided to adopt project curriculum ideas for the preparation of the following sections,it is more suitable for the development of the vocational education. Analyzing the content one by one to explore the sources of the content, the compilation methods to providing relevant practical and effective guidance, and the chapter content itself can be used as the content of curriculum standards as part of the supporting materials.
