Research On The Academic Organism Of Master Degree Candidates

Academic organism of Master degree candidate refers to the interaction between the master degree candidates and the academic environment and the integrated whole formed in the process of academy. The high-quality Academic organism is the precondition of improving the academic quality, and it's also the embodiment of the educational quality. However, at present, there are still many problems to be solved in the academic organism of our country's Master degree candidate. The Master degree candidates are the researcher-to-be and the people who are receiving the academic training and learning edification. they are the organic ingredient of the whole. It has important theoretical and practical significance to research on the current situation and problems of the academic level, academic ability, academic environment of the master degree candidate group.The thesis carries out research by following this logical outline "the theoretical foundation of the academic organism of the master degree candidate—the investigation—the lessons of the foreign successful optimization on the academy ecology–the optimization of the academic organism. We adopt the methods of investigation, document data, and comparison.we discuss how to resolve the existing problems of the academic organism of Master degree candidate thoroughly and systematically in the following five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction. We introduce The background of the selected topic ,analyse the significance of it, summarize the primal problems and the current situation in education organism, academy organism and the academy organism of master degree candidate based on the domestic and aboard researches, define the relevant concepts such as academy, academy organism , academy organism of the master degree candidate,choose the methods of research, and finally propose the structure of this thesis.In the Second chapter, we do the theoretical demonstration on the academy organism. We explain the fundamental theories on organism, we discuss its practice in academy of the master degree candidate, we analyse the factors that influence the academy organism, and, investigate the academy ecology of the master degree candidate and the academy mechanism.In the third chapter,we inquire into the current situation of the academy ecology and make an analysis. Firstly, we discuss the development of the foreign graduate education. Then, we investigate the academy organism of German, America and the United Kingdom, and conclude their successful experience; thirdly, we review this successful experience from the two perspectives of the master degree candidate and the academy environment.In the fifth chapter, we discuss the optimization of the academic organism of the Master degree candidates. Firstly, we carry out analysis on it and explore its essence Then, we bring forward the ecological principles of the optimization. And, eventually, we suggest the practical tactics of the optimization .Studies indicate that there are some problems affecting the quality of the education of graduates and the entire academy. To solve them, we should change the mindset on the development and management of the education of the graduates ,and set up the new concepts conscientiously; we should learn something from the foreign successful experience; we should bring forward the effective countermeasures from the perspective of the cultivation of the graduates and the management of the academical environment.
