The In recent years,with the expansion of higher education and the unprecedented expansion of graduate education,the quality of graduate education has become a topic of great concern.How to evaluate and improve the quality of postgraduate education has also become a difficult problem for the relevant subjects of education activities.Among the various strategies that have been proposed,optimizing the study experience has become a reasonable and effective attempt.The study of students 'study experience embodies the concept of "people-oriented" and also provides a new perspective for the evaluation of the quality of graduate education.Based on the "student-centered" theory and the student development theory,and based on the 2016 national survey data of graduate school leavers,this study conducts an empirical analysis on the satisfaction of academic master students in the following four aspects: training unit,supervisor guidance,course teaching and scientific research participation.The research shows that the satisfaction of academic master's degree students in international academic communication opportunities,job guidance and course teaching is low.The reasons for this phenomenon can be answered to some extent from the interview content.For example,interviewees say that the low participation in academic activities is not only due to their lack of enthusiasm,but also due to the information asymmetry in school management.From the perspective of individual characteristics of students,there are significant differences in the degree of satisfaction of the training unit,the degree of satisfaction of the tutor and the degree of satisfaction of the course teaching of academic master's students in terms of gender and study method.Meanwhile,there are significant differences in the degree of satisfaction of students with different admission methods in the four main dimensions.In addition,the results showed that academic master's experience of attending colleges and universities of remarkable differences,which in addition to the training unit satisfaction "first-class university" construction of class A and class B "first-class university" construction of the university of academic master's degree of satisfaction on the whole is higher than the top discipline university and other colleges and universities,in terms of the evaluation from the three aspects of tutor guidance,courseteaching and scientific research participation,the degree of satisfaction of master's degree students who studied in the "first-class university" class A universities was significantly lower than that of the other three levels of universities.It can be concluded that the experience of academic master's students studying in high-level institutions is not necessarily better,while in the ever-changing social environment and increasingly rich levels of students' needs,colleges and universities at different levels have their own parts to be improved.Combined with the relevant conclusions,this paper puts forward some suggestions for training institutions to improve students' reading experience:1.Ensure good soft and hard facilities to enhance the internationalization of postgraduate training;2.Deepen the contact and communication between students and tutors,and attach importance to the guidance for students' job-hunting;3.Optimize course teaching construction and provide rich and high-quality courses;4.Establish a reasonable and orderly scientific research competition mechanism to attract students to participate in scientific research actively.
