With the specialization of teachers continue to advance, the quality of the teaching profession as an important part of the value of professional ethics of teachers get a new confirmation. The professional ethics of teachers in general are changing to the professional ethics. Professional ethics is that in the field of professional activities, in order to maintain the reputation of professional organization, teachers must comply with a series of rules of conduct. As professionals, teachers must possess the professional quality. This article focuses on the professional ethics of teachers in secondary schools to investigate the present situation and it's problem, and proposed the way to improve the quality of teacher's professional ethics in secondary school.This study main focus on middle school's teachers in teaching practice concerned with relations between the five professional ethics. there are the treatments to the education,to their students,to colleagues, to student's parents,to the school and community, the study designed"the resent situation of survey questionnaire to middle school teachers professional ethics". Through the questionnaire of Dongxiang County middle school teachers ,this study obtained the present situation of middle school teachers'professional ethics:(1)The performance for secondary school teachers of professional ethics in general in good condition, the level is in the mid to upper level.(2) Among the five dimensions of the investigation, the school and community performance is in the highest level of professional ethics, the treatment to colleagues performance is in the lowest level.(3) Professional ethics of teachers with different titles are significantly different, the teachers having admiral qualifications significantly higher than the teachers having three-level qualifications.(4) Different levels of secondary school teachers in professional ethics are significantly different, High-level secondary school teachers were significantly higher than secondary school teachers in ordinary schools.(5) The level of teachers'professional ethics in senior high school is significantly higher than the teachers in junior high school.According to the study of questionnaire and interview, the problem of secondary school teachers'Professional ethics highlighted in that: awareness of Professional services to students is weak; There are inadequate competitive manners between teachers and their colleagues; The means of communication with parents tend to materialize; Teachers ask for lower requirement for themselves, lacking of the awareness of self-improvement; The performance for Professional ethics is not strong in many aspects. There are many reasons for the emergence of the problem, Including the reasons of the individual secondary school teachers, the reasons of inadequate institution, the reasons of the social environment in culture and management culture prevalent utilitarian.On the basis of the investigation, this paper explore the way to promote the quality of the professional ethics in secondary school teachers .It is proposed to upgrade the personal qualities,improve the campus environment and improve the teacher training system of professional ethics. It is suggested that cultivating the quality of teachers'professional ethics under the influence of these aspects.
