Researching The Occupation Moral Of Preschool Teacher

As the teacher professionalization development, the professionalization development of Kindergarten teachers’ moral quality is becoming a trend. The Kindergarten teacher professional moral quality is an important part of teacher professional literacy.The theme of this paper is to analysis the kindergarten teacher professional moral quality base on the special profession which is kindergarten teacher. The main research methods include literature method which is used to explain the meaning of kindergarten teacher professional moral which need to be deeply understand and interviewing method which is conducted by interview some kindergarten teachers and paterfamilias to uncover the problems of kindergarten teacherprofessional moral. The next parts of this paper include analysis the influence of kindergarten teacher professional moral and offering meaningful advices for improving the kindergarten teacher professional moral quality.This paper includes four chapters. The first one is explaining the research beginning, concept definition, literature review, research significance and research idea. The second one is analysis the meaning of kindergarten teacher professional moral by three points which are analysis the domain, the develop procedure and the character of kindergarten teacher. The third one is building the kindergarten teacher professional moral by analysis the structure, effect, value basis, and influence factor. Finally, the last chapter is looking back the history of building kindergarten teacher professional moral base on the front chapters and give specific advices to improve the kindergarten teacher professional moral. Improving the kindergarten teacher professional moral is an important part of improving the kindergarten teacher professionalization, the key to improve the team of kindergarten teacher, the absolute way to improve the development of preschool education.
