| Imagery Traing is one of the most broadly used psychological training methods in the practice of athletic sports,A lot of literature material show that Imagery Training has played an important role in technology in sports training ,motivation training and incentive to overcome the psychological barriers.In the practice of the physical education ,the article choose the Fixed-point shooting and the speed broad-jump for represents, in order to compare the effects of the technical ability ,aiming at few research on imagery in the Middle-school physical education,looking for the best imagery training time.The article has researched the new students of four natural classes in Grade One ,2009 in Soochow Lumu High School,using the literature material ,expert interviews,the mathematical statisic and the teaching experimatal research technical. The reseach analyzed the theories about imagery training in the close technical ability learning ,summarized the studies at home an broda,elabosated the reseach on omagery training at home and broad, elaborated the reseach on imgagery training used in the closed technical ability learing and described the process of the three different time imagery practices in the classed technical ability learing.Through twenty-four teaching hours of teachong experiments and the results of he analysis ,the followong conclusions can be drawn:1.The usage imagery exercise more effectively than the traditional teaching in the Middle School closed technical ability, improving teaching qulity and sports results.2.Imagery training used in the process of technical ability practice is better than before or after,and imagery training used before tne process of technical ability practice is better than after.So we can conclude that imagery training should be afer practice.3.In the pratice of education, we find that imagery training helps stimulate the students initiative and impprove the students thinking and the observing and cognitive ability.
