Serve technique is the only one technique which wouldn't be interfered and control by opponent. Sporter can show their personal trait very well. It is a good way to control opponent and they can create an advantage of offense as well. Serve is a beginning of offense and it's a direct relation with the decision of game and quality of serve. Consequently, a good sporter should have a entire serve technique and also need to take the initiative. Serve technique is a clear and continuous movement; it needs students use it well and get imagine.It is discussed many times in tennis which is how to improve the serve of success rates. Also it is discussed by technique and tactics several times. But it is rare that how to get stable serve technique and how to put the psychology methods in serve of success rates. Serve is a successive and clear action. Sport need to have exact reaction of available reserve technique from his brain. And it comes to being presentation. This thesis discussed the tennis teaching and training. Also it combined sport psychology teaching and achievements in scientific research. We absorbed the newest information and of Chinese and other countries'. And we put sport psychology training into tennis teaching and training in college. We summarized the tennis serve technique and used imagery training into class. We would like to know the effect of it. The intention is that we can promote the level and quality of tennis class in college.Conclusion:1. It's more active to use emotion in normal teaching than normal teaching, and it can improve the serve technique and the serve of success rates.2. It can improve the ability of emotion which uses imagery training in the serve teaching in college.3. It can depress the students'the anxiety of study which it uses imagery training in normal class. And it is better than normal class which is without imagery training.
