The development of vocational education and the popularity of vocational education is an important symbol that can measure modernized degree of a country and an area. To develop vocational education is to meet the need of accelerating economic restructuring and business restructuring. School-industry cooperation implies the characteristic of the close relationship between vocational education and enterprises in economic society. It is also a key step of the reform of vocational education, including the model of schooling, teaching and academic models. It is even an important way to put vocational education in economic and social development and industrial development plan and promote vocational education and professional settings to meet the needs of economic and social development.Nowadays, vocational schools and enterprises have to face up to an important and urgent task, which is comprehensive training system and establish School-Industry cooperation in the wider and more higher level training of technicians. Jiang Yin, as a well-developed city, its vocational education has good industrial foundation and Open ideology. The writer thinks it necessary to carry out a further study on the problem of the School-Industry cooperation to promote the growth of technicians.The object of this study is Jiang Yin regional secondary vocational schools. The writer adopts the empirical research method. The writer states the present situation of school-industry cooperation in Jiang Yin, the manufacturing sector, the current situation of technicians and the present situation of school-industry cooperation and raises some problems on ways of vocational education, participating passion of enterprises, the security policy of the government and social acceptance level. The writer analyzes the causes based on the school, enterprises and government and makes suggestions on corresponding countermeasures on school-industry cooperation to promote the growth of technicians in Jiang Yin area.
