The Research Of Preliminary Technicians Training Pattern In Technician Institute

Technician Institute is an important base of training preliminary technician specialists. In order to get with the urgent demand of our county's economic construction, technician specialists are urgent demand to get with the enterprise requirement. In recent years, some technician institutes co-operate with enterprise very actively to attempt to run preliminary technician class. However, there are many problems in practice. In this thesis the monographer analyzed the specialists training factors of preliminary technicians'training object, major design, course development and implementation methods. Based on these, the monographer took an institute's implementation of training preliminary technician as an example, attempted to explore a feasible pattern to training preliminary technicians.This thesis is expanded focus on three central questions. They are "What's the ability standard of preliminary technician specialists?", "How to implement the training object of preliminary technician specialists?" and "How to optimize the training pattern of preliminary technician specialists?"The first chapter of this thesis is introduction, the monographer explained the meaning and method of the research in this chapter after analyzed some related documents. In chapter two, the monographer analyzed the ability character and training pattern of preliminary technician specialists to fix a reasonable position of specialist training object.In chapter three, the monographer advanced some extrusive problems in the training pattern after investigated the current situation of specialist training in Guangzhou, and rethought these problems. In chapter four, the monographer advanced "Three Phase" training pattern after analyzed the implementation effect cased on a technician institute. Chapter five is the core of the thesis. The monographer explored how to improve and perfect the training pattern of preliminary technicians embarked from the specialist training pattern's essential factor.The conclusion of the thesis is training preliminary technicians is feasible and effective in technician institute. Technician Institute can complete the process of training preliminary technicians by constructing reasonable specialist training pattern, and implementing projectized and tasking training course based on school business cooperation.
