Research On The Class Management Of The Rural-urban Migrant Workers' Children

The research focuses on the class management of the rural-urban migrant workers'children in junior middle schools in Shanghai. With the help of researching the whole group of rural-urban migrant workers'children and analysing several individual cases, we study their conditions in schools and families and the problems in their class management. We as well find some solutions to their class management in three aspects, which includes school management, teachers'help and self-adjustment.
