Rural-urban migrant workers are a special group that inevitably appears during the period of the economic and social transformation in our country. Rural-urban migrant workers appearance have had very many questions,in which the education for the children of rural-urban migrant workers then is one of them.The difficulty and the weak link of compulsory education is the compulsory education for the children of the migrant rural workers. Whether children of rural-urban migrant workers can enter a school,not only on the development and the growth of the children themselves,but also on the prosperity and stability of the country,on the construction of harmonious society.There are many difficulties and problems on the compulsory education for the children of rural-urban migrant workers.And the government,the society and many aspects are paying close attention to the difficulties and problems increasingly.In recent years,educational experts in China have reviewed the problem from different perspectives and heated discussion and different opinions arose.To deal with the problems and to practice this article through the literature method,on the spot the method of inspection and the interview method,has carried on the system analysis to education for the children of rural-urban migrant workers.It is helpful to explorlate questions of education fairness in our country at present,and impels realization of fairness of education in our country.First this article describes the present situation of education for the children of rural-urban migrant workers;afterwards this article analyzes from the rural-urban migrant workers individual and the society two aspects the influence that education for the children of rural-urban migrant workers is unfair.On the basis of these theories, the writer analyzes the reason of unfair education for the children of rural-urban migrant workers .This article analyzes thoroughly three aspects that the education beginning ,the education process ,the education result are unfair and discusses the reason that the education for the children of rural-urban migrant workers is unfair; Finally this article proposes some measures and proposals: strength the responsibility which the central authorities and the provincial level government to the children of rural-urban migrant workers undertakes in the compulsory education stage;profit the experience that the overseas advance fairness of education development;implement the system reform of the household register.
