As a widely watched of the object, burden reducing has made breakthrough progress. Today, with the quality education and innovation education, we urgently need to break the exam-oriented education for students which is one-sided intellectual structured, establishing the development of new student burden structure that reflects the comprehensive quality of students' comprehensive quality. This study uses the qualitative aspects of students' burden to examine whether the structure is reasonable and scientific, and gives suggestions about putting forward the optimal structure and making students'balanced development.This research uses a junior high school and an elementary school in Changshu city as the survey samples. Through the investigation and analysis about the collection and two schools'students, I understand which burden is light, which burden is lack and which is missing. I got the real idea of students' understanding of burden and knew the students comprehensive understanding of various burden structure which in primary and middle school, that optimize the structure of burden of students in primary and middle school.In this study, the burden of students' burden structure refers to the task and responsibility and that the students'burden is the students should bear the task and responsibility. This dissertation divides the students'burden that should be optimized into three types: the burden which needs to be relieved or eliminated, the burden which should be kept the weight and should be increased or supplemented. The burden should be reduced refers to this of the provisions in the national ministry of education, the school by each district, every teacher to determine or violates the students' development; the burden should be maintained refers to this of the students for the purposes of education shall bear the responsibilities and tasks; The burden should be increased refers to this is necessary for students. But there is still not enough, and even serious lack of burden. The investigation found that the burden structure of students in primary and middle school is imbalance, students' academic burden is too heavy and non-academic burden such as social practice ability, life cultivation abilityand nature harmonious interaction ability burden are serious lack of .
