The primary students are the flowers of our country and they are alsothe hope and future of our motherland. The conveyances of a seriouspolicies such as Planned Parenthood make all the societies be in acondition that concerning our kids including their physical and mentalhealth. As immature individuals, the primary students need all the peoplein the society especially their parents to care about. The primary yearsare the golden time when the kids decide to develop their minds andintelligence, it is essential to give them due instructions and education. As a consequence, the society put too much hope on the children which leadsto their heavy burden on their homework, making them feel more and moretired than before and they are calling for reducing their burden. To meet the needs of the kids, on the one hand, our government set outa series of documents and rules to relieve the heavy burden of children. For example, in7,2010, the famous National medium and long-termeducational reform and development program (2010-2020) has been launched, which says: Alleviate the burden of primary and middle school students.Reliving the primary burdens must take the lead. It is evident to showthat our government is trying hard to solve the problem. On the other hand, the researchers in our country are closely caring about the conditionsof the primary students. When I typed“the burden of the primary students”,there are marvelous materials concerning this. The scholars analyze indetail on the reasons of overburdening and according to which they putforward many effective solutions. That means the care and love for ourkids. As a post-graduate student of our country, I get in touch with manyprimary students, most of whom feel bad and tired about their homework.According to make interviews with the children and their parents, I findthat those reasons which lead to the overburdening are more than we oftensee, but because that we are just in a society of “Pre-figurative culture”and we are during the process of “After the exogenous modernization”,the problems eventually come from the society itself. As a result, schools, teachers, parents and the students themselves can not change thephenomenon to happen, it is inevitable. Although that, as a researcher,I have the responsibility to try to relive the unnecessary burdens throughputting forward some new solutions from different aspects to realize mygoal and excel myself.
