It is an important lifeline to guarantee middle vocational education to survive and devplop for teaching auality.Teachers play the most important role in the development of vocatinoal education.Teacher's academic is endispensable to the improvement of vocatinoal education's quality.Teacher appraisement gives a fresh impetus to the vocatinoal school teachers'promotion and their acadeimc level.Scientific evaluation on staff of the middle vocational schools can benefit the management of these schools,the all round improvement of the staff an school,the achievement of the teaching targets. By using investigation and literature research, this paper analyzes the conditions and problems of the evaluation of teacher's teaching in the middle vocational schools.On the basis of analyzing the particularities of teacher's teaching in the middle vocational schools,the paper decide on principless to evaluate teacher's teaching in the middle vocational schools.Following the essential connotation and the rule of middle vocational education,the paper tries its best to explore the teaching evaluation system for the middle vocational school teachers.The paper tires to accelerate the developments of teachers'profession, sutdents'skill and school'stratagem harmoniously. In order to enhance the operation of evaluation, the paper illustrates and proves in details the evaluation plan including aims,contents,weights,criteria and methods,then establishes a second-order system of indices to evaluate teacher's teaching characteristic of vocational education .
