With the development of economic and society, people’s attention on education is increasing year after year. The effect of education has become more and more important for social development and economic growth. Vocational education is an important part of our education system, and it’s also an important source of technical talents. The teaching quality in secondary vocational schools is influenced by many factors, however, the level of teaching quality is directly related to the quality of talents nurtured. Therefore, increasing the quality of education in secondary vocational schools plays an important role in the development of secondary vocational education.Based on the theory of teaching evaluation and the status quo of the teaching quality in the secondary vocational schools in China and the present condition of the present teaching evaluation results, this paper analyzed the construction principles and standards of the internal evaluation for teaching quality in secondary vocational schools, and set up the evaluation standards for teachers and students. According to the teaching characteristics of the secondary vocational school and the evaluation objects, this paper designed the internal evaluation system for teaching quality in the secondary vocational schools. In order to carry out the work about this, it also introduced the composition and organization guarantee system of the relevant institutions. On the basis of this theory, such as a school in Zhejiang Province, it had studied an empirical research on the internal evaluation for teaching quality in secondary vocational schools.According to the analysis of the internal evaluation for teaching quality in secondary vocational schools, we have founded that this evaluation has promoted the improvement of the school teaching quality effectively, and it has guaranteed the quality of training the talents. This also plays a positive role in the development and the teaching reform of the secondary vocational schools.
