Research On Quality Evaluation And Guarantee System Optimization Of Teaching Projects In YN Secondary Vocational Schools

Secondary vocational education is an important part of China's modern education system,which plays a basic role in modern vocational education.The state attaches great importance to secondary vocational education,and puts forward higher requirements for secondary vocational education.At present,secondary vocational schools still have deficiencies in the quality management of teaching projects,which are manifested in the lack of scientific and effective management mechanism,the lack of unified quality standards and standards for secondary vocational talents,and the imperfect teaching quality assurance system.Therefore,secondary vocational schools need to strengthen the construction of quality evaluation and guarantee system of teaching projects.In view of the above problems,this paper summarizes the existing literature,combs the theoretical knowledge of project management,project quality management,total quality management,school total quality management,teaching quality evaluation,teaching quality standards and so on,and analyses the concept of total quality management in the construction of teaching project quality evaluation and guarantee system.This paper introduces the general situation of YN Secondary Vocational School and the objectives,framework and characteristics of the project of improving teaching quality,and points out the practical problems that will be faced in the implementation of the project;uses fishbone diagrams to analyze the process of project quality control,determine the influencing factors of project quality,and establish project quality control.The early warning mechanism,the construction of YN vocational school teaching quality improvement project quality assurance system,the implementation process and effectiveness of the quality assurance system are analyzed,and the countermeasures and suggestions of secondary vocational school teaching quality assurance are put forward.Taking YN secondary vocational school teaching quality improvement project as an example,this paper specifically explores how to apply the concept of total quality management to implement teaching project quality evaluation and guarantee system,which provides a reference for the optimization of teaching project quality guarantee system in secondary vocational schools.
