The teaching quality is the core of schools' development and the eternal key of education.The larger the scale of secondary vocational education is,the more concerns people pay into teaching quality.After Modern Apprenticeship is put into practice,the main body of running schools goes from unitary to dual model,at the same time,and it apparently takes on “transboundary” feature in talent training.Several related factors are involved in and affect the teaching activities.As a result,it has become a focus on vocational education circles how to build up effective quality supervision system inside the school in order to consecutively improve the teaching quality,which also is an important issue to be solved during the teaching management practice of secondary vocational schools.In view of this,with the reference to the related theories of supply chain management and total quality control,on the application of the method of comprehensive literature retrieval,interview survey,comparative studies and so on,in the careful analysis of the present situation and existing problems of the interior supervision system of teaching quality after the practice of Modern Apprenticeship on secondary vocational schools,on the basis of domestic related theories and research results,the interior supervision system of vocational teaching quality based on Modern Apprenticeship has been constructed,moreover,its operating mechanism has been expounded on.The conclusion of this paper:1.Quality belongs to the core of modern apprenticeship.The construction of inte rior supervision system of teaching quality based on the modern apprenticeship syst em,works as the essential requirement of implementing the system,and also the root measure to solve all kinds of problems in the pilot process of it.2.Multiple participation is one of the important characteristics of modern appren ticeship.Enterprises acted as the subject and students as the main body of teaching q uality monitoring,should form multiple subjects of teaching quality monitoring toget her with the school,and carry out effective monitoring of all the elements in the qual ity loop of modern apprenticeship training.3.The internal monitoring system of teaching quality based on modern apprenticeship system is a circular and improved closed-loop system,which should be composed of four subsystems,namely,two-element interactive target system,process system,evaluation system and feedback system.At the same time,in order to effectively promote the circulation of the system,it is necessary to set up an organization system,a system and other operational guarantee subsystems,and finally to build a closed-loop system for the internal monitoring of teaching quality.
