With the smooth development of the basic education curriculum reform,China’s sports teaching behavior and physical education teaching mode has changed.The supervision and evaluation of physical education teaching is an important part in teaching activities,it can not only standardize teaching behavior,improve teachers’ quality of work,improve the teachers’ work attitude,to promote the development of physical education and the normal development of the school sports work.Students can also improve physical fitness.The most important thing is to promote the improvement of the level of physical education teaching,improve the school sports teaching behavior.Through the literature review,it is found that the supervision and evaluation of physical education is a weak link in the teaching of physical education.Although in recent years has made certain progress in the physical education teaching evaluation,but there are still many problems to be solved.According to the questionnaire data statistics that exist in sports teaching supervision and evaluation system of practical problems is particularly serious,specific performance: the evaluation method is too simple,lack of diversification of evaluation evaluation subject,evaluation content one-sided,intrinsic motivation and incentive mechanism of the lack of supervision and evaluation.On the basis of its geographical location and comprehensive conditions according to the convenience of the parties,the researcher has the condition investigation and research work carried out in consideration of the present situation investigation and study the implementation of the supervision and evaluation of the third middle school of Linfen city.This study adopts literature data method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other research methods,in-depth field investigation on the status of implementation of Linfen city third middle school sports teaching supervision and evaluation,formed as follows:(1)the contents of the index of the collection and supervision of the Linfen third middle school.Supervision and evaluation of the main staff of the school,the lack of supervision and evaluation of the third party and the higher administrative departments(2)the plan of supervision and evaluation o f the Linfen third middle school is studied and developed by the school itself,and it is lack of communication with other schools.(3)the results of the supervision and evaluation of the third middle schools in Linfen can not be fully and timely feedback to the evaluation,which is not conducive to the improvement of teaching quality.(4)in the course of the development of physical education in Linfen middle school,there are some problems,such as the physical education class is free to stop,the other courses are occupied,the number of hours is not enough,the class is not enough,and so on.(5)the health records of the students in the Middle School of Linfen city are perfect,and the physical health of the students in different periods of the third p eriods is compared.(6)the third middle school of Linfen city in the implementation of "primary and secondary school physical education evaluation index system" in the process of execution of a serious shortage of sports assessment work is to complete the task,the formality,the situation is not optimistic.(7)Linfen third middle school students and teachers are on the supervision and evaluation of physical education teaching understanding is not comprehensive,lack of supervision and evaluation purpose and guiding ideology,supervision and evaluation of the results did not achieve the purpose,there is no clear guidance of concrete.(8)third Linfen city middle school sports teaching supervision and evaluation system as an official,administrative measures from top to bottom,in previous work too formal,most of the work is to complete the task,lack of internal motivation of its operation.Through the investigation of the present status of the implementation of the third middle school of Linfen city sports teaching supervision and evaluation analysis,found that there are many problems,for the third Linfen city middle school sports teaching supervision and evaluation more scientific and reasonable,we put forward the following suggestions:(1)to construct the multiple supervision and evaluation system(2)to strengthen the feedback of supervision and evaluation results(3)strengthen the implementation of school sports policy(4)strengthen the propaganda and evaluation of school sports supervision(5)the position of the main body of supervision and evaluation in supervision and evaluation(6)to construct an open physical education supervision and evaluation system(7)sports teaching supervision and evaluation should pay attention to the purpose and effectiveness(8)to establish the incentive mechanism of physical education teaching supervision and evaluation system...
