As a kind of teaching study method, open class has the irreplaceable affect for enhancing the teachers'professional development, enhancing the subject teaching study, evaluating the teachers'teaching level. Recently, there are a lot of kinds of the open classes in the primary and secondary school campus, and the open class is become a method of getting award, promoting position and making famous. People have seriously every open class by the material gain put to, and the price of open class is more and more expensive, but the value of open class is criticized more and more.This study is mainly study the mathematics open class in school level, we observe, analyze and probe the value for the discussion'normal'open class of teaching group organised and the comparative'show'open class of the school organised. The study results state clearly: the discussion'normal'open class has model value, learn value and diagnostic value; the comparative'show'open class has the instructive value, the award value and the creative value. But from the teaching practice view, the open class has been made more extra values, let people misunderstand the known and attitude of open class, many persons have the reject emotion to open class, and even don't want to discuss the value of open class. So the open class is in the dilemma between the enthusiasm of the open class teacher and the unconcerned of the listener. This study tried to explain the situation from the view of psychology and sociology, through the methods of the articles analyses, the reality observation, the paper investigation and the interview, think about deepen the manly factors of the appear, lost and return of the value of the open class, put forward to the hard work direction for the teachers promote the inner value of open class.This study depicted the real thinking and attitudes of the open class teaching teachers, the pupils, the listeners, the school leaders and the evaluate experts for the open class. It proclaimed the many sad situations of the'pull one's ears while stealing a bell, deceive oneself and others'of the open class, and analyzed deepen its reasons: the big pressure of teacher profession, the lower level of subjective speciality; the think of popular and the influence of middle position and promotion of success and benefit; the effect of study decadent for campus; the bandage of the evaluation system; the relative behind of the teaching and study level. To see the future, if the open class would develop smoothly, realize it's the biggest value, the teachers should put down the success and benefit, indifferent to fame and wealth, they should have the honourable heart, keep the responsibility for the pupils, the love of profession, the honest to colleagues, as the researcher, to teaching and research the mathematics open class for the study mathematics teaching.
