| The elementary education in our country has had a tremendous change since the reformation of new curriculum.《New curriculum standard of physics in junior high school》proposes explicitly"we should pay attention to training of students'desire of Lifelong Learning, ability of scientific investigation, innovative ideology and the scientific spirit ."Not only dose this standard set a higher request to the training of students'learning ability but also to the teachers'professional attainments. At the same time,teachers'professional development attracts more and more attention of various circles of society. In the reformation of new curriculum, Teaching and Research Group shows important status and function increasingly as a grassroots teachers' professional organization of technicality in school. With the further implement and advancement of the new curriculum reformation, school's existing teaching and research system shows inadaptability increasingly in aspects of teaching and research ideas and models of activities, and the teaching and research group faces huge challenge. In face of endless new things, new knowledge and new problems, we increasingly and intensively realize the urgency and necessity of setting up learning teaching and research group.As a teacher at education line in junior high school of compulsory education, the author knows the operational mode, the existent drawbacks and the developing direction of the modern teaching and research group more clearly. I gained a great deal of real and reliable materials by observation, questionnaires and interviews in this research, in the hope of finding existent problems accurately and putting forward more effective ways and strategy of solution scientifically by integrated analysis and compare。 The whole construct process of the learning teaching and research group can not be easily done. With constant collision, adaptation, thinking, debate and action, we realize more clearly that our final aim is not to form the learning teaching and research group. The more important thing is to motivate the individual potential of teachers, to promote the professional development of teachers, to train the cooperative consciousness of team members, and finally to create a vital learning team to promote the future competitive power of the teaching and research group by the process of forming the learning teaching and research group. |
