| Under the requirements of the new curriculum reform concept and the cultivation of core quality of senior high school geography teaching, independent, cooperative and inquiry learning are the important goals of teachers’ teaching design, which need to be achieved through pre-class guidance,while-class implementation and after-class consolidation.Under the traditional teaching mode, the geography teaching of high school students in Tibet has some problems, such as weak basic knowledge, weak awareness of independent learning, lack of learning strategies, weak willingness to cooperate in learning, weak ability to explore, and not obvious formation of learning habits. The teaching mode of "guide plan" and "group cooperation" can integrate the goals of autonomy, cooperation and exploration, promote the change of teachers’ roles and improve students’ learning initiative. Therefore, since 2021,a senior high school in Tibet where I work has implemented teaching reform and adopted the teaching model of "guided learning plan" and "group cooperation".Since the change of teaching mode, the changes in the aspects of teacher role change, teaching effect, students’ autonomous learning and inquiry ability, learning strategy and learning habit cultivation need to be systematically studied and summarized. This study mainly adopts the method of literature analysis case analysis questionnaire survey and data analysis, analyzes the implementation case of "guided learning plan " and "group cooperative " teaching mode before, during and after class, reflects on the existing problems in the transformation of the teaching mode, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improvement,Based on this, the research results of this paper are obtained, and the application of the tutorial and group cooperative teaching mode in the teaching of geography in Tibetan high schools is effective and feasible. The interview from the aspects of classroom practice and afterclass questionnaire survey, and from the perspectives of teachers and students, makes the research more comprehensive and the analysis more specific, which is also the innovation of the research method of this paper.Through the research, the following conclusions are drawn: the teaching mode of "guide plan" and "group cooperative learning" promotes the change of teachers’ roles and the renewal of teaching concepts; At the same time, this model is suitable for the learning situation of high school students in Xizang.Under this model, students’ learning initiative is enhanced, their ability of independent learning and inquiry is improved, and their willingness to cooperate in learning is enhanced, which has been positively evaluated by teachers and students. However, this teaching mode has been implemented for a short period of time,so it does not significantly improve the performance of students with weak foundation, but improves the performance of students with good foundation to some extent. In addition, the standardized preparation of guidance plans and the implementation of cooperative learning in the classroom need to be improved. It is suggested that schools organize special training for teachers to promote the formation of a good atmosphere of cooperation and communication. On this basis, teachers should focus on learning guidance and effective evaluation, encourage students to form fully and stable cooperation in or after class, thus promoting the advantages of the combination of guided learning plan and group cooperative learning. |
