The theory of Learning Organization came into being and became popular for only twenty years; however, it has a great influence on the field of management and business community all over the world. With the theoretical research and empirical research of Learning Organization, Scholars led by Peter M.senge made great contribution to improving the poor the management of various organizations including enterprise, schools and hospitals, or even parties and states worldwide and seeking further development for them. Take the Senior Two Chinese lessons planning group of my school as an example, the existing problems is a great obstacle for the study, growth and development of the group. Therefore, this paper applies the theory and draws achievement of Learning Organization, studies and analyzes the lessons planning group and provides some suggestions to build a learning lesson planning group.The paper consists of four sections.Section one starts with the research background, objectives, and method, and reviews the history and achievement of on Learning Organization from home and aboard.Section two clarifies the definitions of some main concepts closely related to the paper, such as learning, learning organization and learning lesson planning group and so on; and then researches on the leaning situation of the lesson planning group from four aspects:the support of the group members’ learning form the lesson planning group, the learning situation of the group members, the action reflection of the group members and the types of the obstacles for the lesson planning group to organize learning; and finally finds out the existing problems of the learning of the lesson planning group.Section three analyzes three types of the obstacles of the learning of the lesson planning group and their causes by combining the related theories and principles of Learning Organization, and concludes mainly three types of the learning obstacles of the lesson planning group:"I am only a teacher man.", experience-indulged and teamwork obstacles and analyzes their causes.Section four put forwards three solutions and suggestions aiming at the problem of the lesson planning group on how to eliminate the existing learning obstacles and building a learning lesson planning group:rebuild the shared vision of the lesson planning group, form habits of systematic thinking and establish in-depth dialogue mechanism.
