During the development of reform of mathematics teaching , the study of teaching mode is a hot topic in recent years. How to compare ,categorize and analysis the teaching methods and the teaching strategy with different ment and how to get the optimizeing of the teaching effect have already been an important task in nowadays. It is to set a bridge between teaching theory and teaching practice by studying the mode of mathematics teaching.In this way ,it can direct the teaching practice,improve the teaching activity effectively and enhance the quality of teaching.This article choosed the Suzhou high schoole of Jiangsu Province as the object which is famous as one of the top four schools in Jiangsu Province.It came to the conclusion on the base of the development and character of the teaching mode in recent yeats.It delineated the features and advantage of mathematics teaching mode of Suzhou high schoole and studied the mode thoroughly as follows:Firstly ,it started from the general teaching mode and used the methods of the literature review, face to face interview ,visiting other's class randomly and analysis the cases.In this way ,it got the conclusion of the teaching mode including before class,on class and after class.And it also pointed out the features and advantage and analysed with the cases.Secondly, It started form the teaching mode of different grades and used the methods of the literature review, face to face interview ,visiting other's class randomly and analysis the cases. In this way ,it studied the different teaching modes which were used by grade one ,grade two and grade three separately.And it also pointed out the features and advantage and analysed with the cases.Thirdly,it studied the representative people ,teaching methods and classical cases with different modes,and used the methods of the literature review, face to face interview ,visiting other's class randomly and analysis the cases. In this way ,it concluded the acceptance of students for the teaching modes and the effect of teaching modes on teaching results.The results showed that the mathematics teaching mode of Suzhou middle school is a successful example which is accustomed to the new course standard .Suzhou middle school achieved amazing success in mathematics with this mode and this mode had further influence on the students in their future life. Therefore, this mode is deserved to utilize and carry forward .We also expect to arise deeper study for the teaching modeon this base, and do something useful to the new reform of course and development of the teachers and students.
