With the rapid development of global information integration,there is stronger and stronger voice towards mode reform of education and teaching all over the world.Among them Treadwell(2008)thinks that the education reform has arrived at a key point and the traditional teaching mode such as teaching method couldn't adapt to the development of society and education.However,another mode named flipped class has attracted more and more attention from educators and researchers.This new teaching mode provides middle school mathematics teaching with new idea for further development.However,it faces much trouble in the practical teaching and popularization,and it still needs to verify its teaching effectiveness.The author takes the content of “arrangement” in high school as an example in order to focus on the cultivation of students' learning quality.Besides,the author tries to meet the requirement of new curriculum reform towards innovative teaching mode by means of designing practical cases basing on flipped class.This study uses the advanced flipped class teaching mode of Taiwan for reference,and it also combines the practical situation of a key middle school in Shanghai.It does empirical study in middle school mathematics teaching by means of guiding students to preview “learning sheet before class” and watching study video.It establishes learning environment in favor of motivating students' learning enthusiasm by means of multiple manners including autonomic learning,cooperative learning,discussion participation and teachers explaining in class.It allows students to learn proactively instead of totally following the steps of teachers.After the experiment,it evaluates students' learning outcome and communicates with students and teachers by means of questionnaire survey and free talk.This essay comprehends the feeling and opinion of students and teachers towards this new teaching mode and makes relative analysis.This essay includes five chapters.Chapter 3 is the investigation and analysis on current situation of teaching and learning in high school arrangement.Chapter 4 is the practical exploration of flipped class in mathematics teaching.Basing on living example,it conducts topic answer,paper analysis,questionnaire,analysis of reliability and validity,interview of teachers and students,etc.This essay analyzes that flipped class teaching mode is beneficial for the learning of content of “arrangement” and it also benefits the learners' ability in automatic study and cooperative innovation.Basing on the research,this essay offers students and teachers some advice.Advice for teachers: Understand more information under the background of global information integration,share more valuable teaching source with students and provide students with specific answer and instructionAdvice for students : Promotion of mathematics is based on the thorough comprehension and digestion of the basic knowledge,students can develop learning source with the joint force of the learning team.
