Innovation Research On University Logistics Service Mode

Which kind of logistics service mode the colleges and universities choose depends on the actual development of the university, the concept and the level of logistics management, as well as the support capability of university logistics service. Since1999, in order to break the constraints of the rapid development of university logistics service, there is a vigorous university logistics socialization reform all around the nation. Integrating the reality and development requirements, the colleges and universities try to select the mode of logistics service for their requirements, and change the mode of administration whose nature is pure welfare, in order to make the logistics management and logistics service more flexible, more full of vigor and vitality. It is the university logistics socialization reform that not only makes the logistical infrastructure, service conditions and service environment of the colleges and universities change dramatically, but also brings a greatly improved level of service and support capability.This study, firstly, summarized the development course and achievements of the university logistics socialization reform of our country, gave a simple overview on the domestic and foreign logistics service modes, and pointed out the importance and necessity of this study when the present university logistics reform has entered the deep water area. Secondly, taking the universities in Wuhan area as an example, the study introduced the main logistics service modes the universities in Wuhan area now chose, and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of several service modes, to provide some reference for rational choices on the logistics service modes of all colleges and universities. Thirdly, according to the overall analysis and research, the study pointed out the notes and basic principles that the colleges and universities in the selection of logistics service modes should be paid attention to, and not blindly follow the trend, reach for what is beyond the grasp, and also avoid following the same pattern. In the selection of logistics service modes, colleges and universities must be due to place,time and university, and combine with our actual situation to choose the most suitable logistics service mode for the development of university education course, which can meet the demand of faculty and students.Finally,drawing lessons from university logistics service modes in developed countries, this paper combined the tertiary industry development situation of our society and the actual situation of the university logistics, and put forward the innovation logistics service modes, which is "share-holding cooperation mode".This thesis is just a superficial exploration and research on university logistics service mode, and the university logistics service mode will change with the development of China’s development of tertiary industry and the university itself. University logistics service mode will continue to adjust and perfect in the path, and supply the satisfying logistical support service for the university’s teaching, research and faculty and students.
