Since reform and opening, higher vocational education, only in the short span of 10 years, the rapid development in China has become an important part of higher education, as higher education from elite education to mass education, the important carrier forward, its scope has been occupy half of the whole higher education.With the development of higher vocational education, higher vocational colleges the incentive mechanism is not perfect, built on the traditional mode, the incentive mechanism to allow people to the status quo, no progress. By grade, are paid by post, seriously constrains the enthusiasm of teachers, does not reflect the actual contribution of teachers, a serious brain drain, let alone in today's competitive job market to attract talented people, so that school development difficult.In order to enable teachers to fully participate to the school building, the establishment of corresponding incentive mechanism for teachers of science it is very important. And the current challenging task is to reform within the field of vocational education teachers incentive behind the system, to mobilize the enthusiasm of all staff, able to adapt to the times to create a demand for teachers in vocational colleges incentives.This article first involving the relevant theory, and domestic and international research universities incentives were reviewed, and then to M Vocational and Technical College, for example, by conducting a detailed survey of staff and analysis to understand the impact of M Vocational and Technical College faculty and staff enthusiasm for work related factors and their importance, analysis of the status of faculty incentives and the main issues and problems for the incentive mechanism designed for the college teacher incentives optimization.The purpose of the program including the design, guidelines, principles of motivation, focusing on four proposed incentives. Optimized concrete measures to deepen the reform of M College and long-term development has laid a good foundation. This is also for other higher vocational colleges learn from and reference.
