This article analysis the position and role of vocational teachers in colleges, andvocational teachers’ professional characteristics, vocational colleges in teacher incentivesproblems.Problems as how to build a good incentive aspects of the mechanism for teachers invocational colleges incentive were analyzed by analysis of vocational teacher incentives.Atlast,elaborate mechanisms established principles, finally proposed to reflect the emphasis onmaterial incentives spiritual, and can run an orderly incentives.Vocational colleges’ teachers are the subject of vocational colleges. they are the mostvaluable human resources, they are a key factor in the process of vocational collegessustainable development, they are core competencies of any vocational college. Therefore,Vocational colleges should focus on the building of incentive mechanism on vocationalcolleges’ teachers. The study shows that the labor of vocational colleges’ teachers is oftendifficult to quantify to measure, the labor of vocational colleges’ emphasis on autonomy, thelabor of vocational colleges’ teachers is complexity and vocational, duality and hardship.On the basis of above study, this study analysizes the common problems that exists in current.Study proposes certain incentive principles that we must follow to improve and enhance thevocational teacher incentive effect. These principles include, combined with materialincentives and mental stimulation; combined with respect for teachers and respect forknowledge; balanced human and system; combined with fairness and differences; combinedwith personal motivation and team motivation; combined with positive incentives andnegative incentives. Based on these principles, the study raises incentives constructionmethod for teachers in vocational colleges. Studies suggest that incentives should be mainlyconstructed from material needs, spiritual needs, management mechanism to improve theincentive mechanism.In conclusion, this study follows such research ideas, that is " the problems exsitingin vocational school teachers incentive to analysize the problems to solve the problems ". Thisresearch objectively analysize the problems exsiting in vocational school teachers’ incentiveto build the foundation. That builds foundation for further research.
