Psychological problems of college freshmen has been a major focus of educational concern, this year, all colleges and universities work together to hope that the senior students through the power of the first joined the school's new exchange in the form of hitting a mentoring role, so that students can get into the school in a living, learning and emotional attention and guidance, will guard against all kinds of psychological problems in the first place.This article is based on the wording of Lanzhou University, questionnaires and other forms of learned and adopted levels demand theory, peer support theory, interpersonal field theory to analyze the feasibility of the mentoring; 5W job analysis method, have demonstrated the effectiveness of mentoring; the same time, methods based on incentive, incentive methods, population structure analysis and equity theory on the mentoring of the rigor of in-depth analysis.Based on the above analysis, the paper expounds the significance of the presence of mentoring and mentoring first major problems and put forward the improvement plan. In improving the program will improve the strategy, two important protection mechanism on the status of full consideration of the subjective and objective factors in the important role of this program. From the organizational level, individual level implementation of the mentoring the main factors were more specific and clear requirements, mentoring behavior based on this proposed conversion mechanism, with a sound system of constraints on the behavior and evaluation to conduct repeatable, so that the mature pattern of behavior may be copied, not just individuals or individual behavior.Research and analysis available to the following conclusions:The Institute wants to know about the new Bang Dai, bridging the way have had different levels and methods of inquiry, the existing mentoring forms, relevant standards, requirements tend to improve, the effect is relatively obvious. The current level of mentoring behavior better organized, with clear work regulations, recommended systems and training, job summary, etc.This eventually get a more complete mentoring system, and also receive mentoring mechanisms which promote the protection mechanism.
