Study On The Construction Of College Freshmen's Group Psychological Counseling Engineering

In this study,a construction of college freshmen's group psychological counseling engineering was completed,and a specific and feasible group psychological counseling program was designed to improve the mental health level of college freshmen and improve the working efficiency of psychological management for college freshmen.To be specific,firstly,it selected the mental health scale for freshmen,which is applicable to the psychological survey of freshmen in J college,and analyzed the influencing factors of mental health status,providing a targeted understanding of the freshmen management in J College and clarifying the direction of management.Then it designed the group psychological counseling program which is most suitable for the freshmen management of J College and then carried out the corresponding group counseling for the freshmen of J College.It then evaluated the effect of the program,and finally revised the program and standardized the program to complete the construction of the group psychological counseling for college freshmen.The research methods used in this study are scale survey,data analysis,literature analysis,and experimental intervention.Statistical software SPSS was used to analyse the collected data.In this study,several scales with high reliability and validity were selected as measurement tools to measure the psychology of freshmen in J College.It then used statistical software to analyse the data and found that college freshmen had higher mental toughness as they got older.The higher the mental toughness,the higher life satisfaction.People with higher mental toughness also had higher positive emotions.The higher the life satisfaction,the higher the positive emotion.The higher life satisfaction,the lower the negative emotion and loneliness.Boys had lower mental toughness,higher psychopathological symptoms and loneliness than girls.There was no inter-group difference in mental health related variables between only-child and non-only-child.There was no inter-group difference in mental health related variables between single and dating freshmen.There was no inter-group difference in mental health related variables for college freshmen with different family income.We believe that it is necessary to improve the mental health level of the freshmen in the university.At this time,the plan stage of PDCA management cycle was completed.Then we developed a psychological group counselling scheme for freshmen of J College,which was used for them in accordance with this scheme,namely the specific implementation(Do)stage of PDCA management cycle.Then,we verified the validity of the scheme,checked the improved direction in the scheme,and improved this scheme,namely,the stage of cause analysis result evaluation stage(Check)of PDCA management cycle.Finally,we evaluated and tested the improved scheme,verified the validity of the improved scheme we regarded the improved scheme as a standing tool for the daily management work in the future,that is,we have completed the processing and rectification of the PDCA management cycle and formed a new effective and reliable scheme(Action)stage.This thesis is a complete process of construction of college freshmen's group psychological counseling engineering It provides a practical and reliable scheme for the new student management in J College and a reliable reference for the student management of other related institutions.Figure16;Table 11;Reference 56.
