| The foundation and security of achieving the educational goals are administrative management in the college, improving the quality and efficiency of which will help to make the educational goals come true. At present, the system of administrative management is not developed well, the quality of administers needs to be improved, and the efficiency and quality of administration are very low, all of which impeded the realization of basic functions in our universities. As an advanced management method, performance management which has already been used widely in company and government can be introduced to the administrative management.At present, performance management has been applied in the administrative management at some universities. However, the effect isn't obvious and there are some problems in the process of applications. This paper analyses the necessity and feasibility of implementing performance management in the administrative management at some colleges from theoretical and practical aspects. In addition, the phenomenon of administrative inefficiency and low quality is investigated deeply. The outstanding problem in administration is discussed and the function of the administrative management is demonstrated.At last, we boldly introduce the Balanced Scorecard method into administrative management in the university, give an analysis on how to quantify the index, and construct a more complete performance management system. |
