With the advancement and development of the education market,the popularization of education in the whole country is developing rapidly.Since the marketization of education advocated in 1980,large-scale chain education groups such as New Oriental,Learning and Thinking have blossomed everywhere.The education industry is moving towards cooperation in running schools,expanding colleges and universities,and promoting an allround educational vision online and offline.Performance management is one of the six modules of human resources management,which together with human resources planning,recruitment management,salary management,training management and employee relations constitute the complete system of human resources management.Performance management is not only a measure of the performance of organizations and individuals,but also a propeller to push organizations and employees towards the overall strategic objectives of the company.This paper compares four main performance management tools,and introduces the development of BSC theory,the theory itself and the optimization extension of BSC theory by other scholars at home and abroad.Then,it describes in detail the current situation of Henan Huaxin Education Group,the existing performance management system,the previous research and the problems found in daily work.Next,we simulate and optimize the company's performance management system based on the Balanced Scorecard method.Henan Huaxin Sunshine Education Group is a company with public service as its main content.From the perspective of serving the public,economic benefits are not the most important.At present,there are problems of index system and performance management system in the group,which are mainly caused by insufficient professional ability and attention of personnel and insufficient understanding of the strategic support of performance management.Balanced Scorecard is a strategic performance management tool,which can better decompose the company's strategy.Emphasizing the close relationship between performance management and enterprise strategy,this paper puts forward a set of specific index framework system,which effectively links various departments.At the same time,it conforms to the principles of performance evaluation system of financial evaluation and nonfinancial evaluation.It can achieve the organic integration of financial indicators and non-financial indicators.Therefore,the author intends to use the "balanced scorecard" to design the performance index system,and optimize the management system by optimizing the performance management related support system.Through the analysis of this study,the following results are obtained: The author designed a more optimized performance management system based on Balanced Scorecard for Henan Huaxin Sunshine Education Group.On the premise of defining the idea of optimization,the strategic environment is scanned,and the strategic map,the Balanced Scorecard and the performance appraisal form at the level of Henan Huaxin Sunshine Education Group are designed.The Balanced Scorecard and the performance appraisal form of the resource company are designed,and the design idea of the staff performance appraisal form based on the balanced scorecard is put forward.At the same time,the improvement of the performance management level is also proposed.Two major initiatives,as well as corporate culture,responsibility process,salary mechanism,personnel training,performance dashboard of the five major support system design.It is hoped that after a period of operation,the performance management level of Henan Huaxin Sunshine Education Group will be raised to a new height.The future education industry is a new industry.For example,the performance management system based on Balanced Scorecard can be successfully applied in Henan Huaxin Sunshine Education Group.It can also play a positive role in promoting the performance management level of the whole industry.At present,some cities are trying this method,and hope to optimize Henan Huaxin Sunshine Education through exchanges with colleagues.Sports Group's own performance management system.Although this paper has completed some research and analysis,due to the limited time,and as a late performance evaluation mechanism,EVA system has entered our country for a relatively short time,the index system itself is complex,there are some problems in the actual process,it is difficult to carry out a detailed and thorough analysis of it,so the defects of this study are inevitable.According to this study,the application of Balanced Scorecard in the performance management of educational groups can be further explored in the later stage.
