| With the continuous development and progress of society and the continuous strength since the founding of New China,our people’s living standards and economic standards have also undergone a qualitative leap.Regardless of whether the country or the people are getting richer day by day,the requirements for the comprehensive cultural level of young people are getting higher and higher.Therefore,the popularization and progress of education has also been in a rapid development channel in recent years.Traditional education methods have gradually weakened with the gradual maturity of scientific and technological information,and scientific and technological education and information education have gradually replaced them.The education information industry is also emerging spontaneously.Education informatization has a history of more than dozens of years in our country.As a member of this industry,S company has a certain industry influence and a certain scale after nearly ten years of accumulation and accumulation.Although the scale of the company continues to grow,the problems that follow have become more and more obvious.The number of people in the company continues to increase,and management costs increase year by year.However,the company’s operating income and profits are on the contrary,showing a trend of declining year by year.In the final analysis,this phenomenon depends on the lack of scientific and standardized management mode of S company.The management process system implemented at this stage has not matched the current development stage and scale of S company.In the entire management process,the "hardest hit area" is the performance management aspect.The design lacks scientific,the execution is formalized,and the company management seriously lacks attention.All of the above have led to a serious lag in the management efficiency of S company,and the effect of performance management on S company is almost zero.This research takes S company as the main body of research,the research content of S company’s performance management,and the optimization of S company’s management system to evaluate performance.Firstly,I sought information from plenty of literatures to explore the concepts,processes and methods related to performance management and made a brief overview,and based on this,conducted on-site investigation and analysis of S company through questionnaire surveys and inter views.Research and investigations show that the main problems currently existing in S company are as follows: First,the performance management is incomplete;second,the formulation of performance plans;third,the performance appraisal indicators are unreasonable;fourth,the assessment results of the performance management lack adequate applications.All the problems mentioned above are mainly due to the deficient management focus,lack of professionalism in management.Given that all the problems above,this study regulated the organizational structure and analyzed the positions of S company.On the basis of the above preparations,with the help of tools such as balanced score cards and key performance indicator methods,Delphi technology was used to optimize the design and processing of the performance evaluation indicators and weights of different levels of S company,and at the same time the performance management process system Systematic optimization was carried out.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of S company performance management,a corresponding guarantee system was designed.The above measures not only improve the performance management system of S company to make it more scientific,standardized and practical,but also ensure the smooth implementation of the performance management system and improve the performance management level and efficiency of S company.Based on the theory of performance management,this research analyzed the problems of the current performance management system of S company and optimized a more practical performance management system for S company by using the Balanced Scorecards,key performance indicators and other methods.After the improvement of the performance management system,the company can approach its internal problems,better motivate employees,and have better development.The example of S company can also be referred by other companies in the industry. |
