Research studies is to equip students with career planning in the self-exploration of the relevant theories and methods to help them improve the quality of employment, to promote their career development; the same time, to help students grasp the full employment of information workers, employers and students in the establish effective communication between, and enhance students career guidance and vocational guidance of targeted and effective. Students in the reference paper on career guidance at home and abroad and career development research, based on a brief self-exploration and career planning of internal relations, from the perspective of self-exploration, guidance on career choices and college students to start research.Thesis is divided into four parts. The first part, on professional and career planning to define concepts, as well as the theory of self-exploration, such as the Holland vocational interest type theory, MBTI personality type theory, mercy career anchor theory, and adaptation of the Minnesota work presented in this paper. The second part of the students in the employment and career choices that exist in the plight and the reasons for these difficulties arise. The third part introduces the theory and master the methods of self-exploration, on the students themselves and the importance of employment workers. For undergraduates, help to strengthen self-awareness, to conduct an effective job and career decision-making; on the job worker, to help students master the cognitive information, changing the concept of career guidance, to improve guidance efficiency. The fourth part, expounded on the issue of the employment of students, and proposed the employment of students and career choices in the practical application aspects of several observations and recommendations, but also put forward some of their own new ideas and new methods.
