Based on review of career exploration theories, we proposed the career exploration dynamic model to illustrate the exploration structure under Chinese circumstance. We also tried to find the relationship between career exploration and job-hunting anxiety, as well as the relationship between career exploration and career decision making.We believe that the Self exploration and Environmental exploration are not independent from each other as the past reference said, nor like a post-doc relationship. But they are interactive with each other, and make match by passive or initiative adjustment.The innovative research can be summarized as four parts:The first part contains the first and second chapter of this thesis. It mainly focuses on the research issues, research purpose and the significance and reference review.The second part is the third chapter of this thesis. It mainly discusses qualitative research method, research object, sampling method, collecting and analyzing the reference, research validation and reliability issue.The third part is from Chapter 4, which the body of this thesis. It includes the anxiety in job hunting, career exploration model and the career choice model.The third part is Chapter 5 and Chapter 6 of this thesis, it concludes the research and suggests the shortcuts of the research. |
